1. How Long OOLACTIVE Does Shipping Take?

Products shipped via free shipping service are normally delivered within 4-12 business days after placing the order. You have the options to choose faster shipping if you pay additional cost.

* Tracking information will begin delivering upon dispatch of your order. You will receive your tracking number via the email you place your order through. Please check your junk/spam folder in case you’re unable to find your dispatch email.

We are not liable for any losses incurred during any Natural disasters (inclusive of, but not limited to Floods, Fires, Tornados), Terrorist attacks or Threats of Terrorism, Customs service strikes/ Postal Service Strikes, Civil Conflict, Riots, Invasions or Occupancy, Extreme Weather Conditions, or Failure of telecommunication Networks.

Orders will not be shipped to Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam, Alaska, and some remote countries and regions. If your order does not meet the requirements, the system will send you an email to charge additional remote shipping fees or cancel your order. We hope you understand.

2. Shipping Fee

We currently offer free shipping on all orders.

3. Do You Ship to APO/FPO/DPO Address?

Yes. We can ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address, however, transit times can take up to 45 business days. Customers may need to go to the local courier to pick up parcels for APO/FPO/DPO address orders.

 

4. Countries and Areas We Currently do not Ship to

5. Can I Change the Delivery Address of My Package After it has Been Shipped Out?

Sorry, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route. Please double-check the delivery address when placing an order. You can change the address before shipping.

 

6. I Ordered More Than One Item. Will They all be Delivered at the Same Time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
